ST series single-phase ac synchronous alternator is well-known in worldwide and we are familiar with it.

It mainly designed to serve as power generatin unit of small capacity, which supply electricity for lighting purpose in ships, for house-hold electric used in towns or villages. The generator adopts harmonic wave self-excitation constant voltage system and automatic voltage control excitation constant voltage system, both of them have excellent dynamic characteristic performance, convenient and reliable in operation.

1. ST,STC generators are to be used in town, the countryside, work sites, mountains and pasture lands as a electric power source for lighting purpose. It can also be used as a reserved power source for emergent case. 2. The generators are of drip-proof with rotary field type and harmonic excitation system, making use of the star connection with neutral point. 3. The rated line voltage is 400V; Phase voltage is 230V; Frequency is 50Hz; Power factor is 0.8(lag). We can provide the generator with 60Hz and the other voltage according to request. 4. They can be coupled with a prime mover directly or through V-belt, rotating right or reverse continuously at the rated speed. 5. When the revolution slip of prime mover is 3% and the load varies in the range of 0-100%, the power factor is 1.0-0.8, the constant voltage keeps excellent. After a sudden change (increase or decrease) of load, the generators will soon return to their normal working state. 6. The generator can directly start an unloaded squirrel cage induction motor without any starting devices.

Key Features:

Factory Inspection, the test items before delivery are mainly as follows:

Each genset shall be put into commission more than 4 hours totally.

They are tested on idle load, fully load and 10% overload

The noise level is tested

All of the meters on the control panel shall be tested

The appearance of the genset and all of the label and nameplate shall be checked
