USES:PC-Prime® 01 Solvent Based Bituminous Primer Ensuring the protection of pedestals, walkways, and floor pavements against moisture and water infiltration. Applying the PC-WC waterproofing protective coatings on roofs, walls made of reinforced concrete, asphalt, bricks, and other relevant surfaces before proceeding with any construction. Applying a single protective coat across various structural components. Addressing waterproofing projects that prioritize fire safety. Serving as a foundational layer for membrane adhesives and bituminous repair compounds.

APPLICATION:

The surface should be dry, clean, and free of loose materials, dirt, soil, grease, oil, or other impurities. Apply PC-Prime® 01 Solvent Based Bituminous Primer by means of a brush, roller, or spray gun @ of 5-6 m² /lit into the entire coverage area of the substrate and allow to dry. The drying time and coverage depend on the porosity of the substrate and the environmental conditions (approx. 1.0 — 4.0 hrs). PC-Prime® 01 Solvent Based Bituminous Primer is recommended to apply at temperatures above 5°C.
