Description

The Total TB20056 heat gun is our highest-temperature corded model. It reaches 600°C and shows the set temperature on an LCD display, so you can repeat the same heat on every job.

That makes it a strong choice for plastic welding, thick paint removal and production-line shrink work. In addition, the 50°C cool mode helps cool parts and dry surfaces. It runs on 220–240V mains power for full-day use.

How to use it safely

First, choose the right nozzle for the job. Then start on low heat and raise it slowly, because too much heat can burn paint or melt plastic. Also, keep the nozzle moving and hold it a few centimetres from the surface. After use, stand the gun upright and let it cool before you pack it away. Finally, work in open air when you strip old paint, since the fumes can be harmful.
