Description

TOTAL Cordless Planer TRLI20401 – 20V Wood Planer

The TOTAL cordless planer TRLI20401 is a 20V wood planer for doors, window frames and furniture. Because there is no cable, you can carry it up a ladder or work on site during load-shedding. However, this is the tool-only version, so the battery and charger are sold separately. As a result, it costs less if you already own TOTAL 20V batteries.

Why buyers pick the TOTAL cordless planer TRLI20401

No power cable – so you can plane a fitted door on site without an extension lead.
14,000 rpm – therefore the cut stays smooth on hard and soft wood.
82mm width, 2mm depth – it covers standard door and frame edges in one pass.
Aluminium base and side cover – because a flat, strong base keeps the cut straight for longer.

Battery, charger and blades

To run the planer, add a TOTAL 20V battery and charger. For example, choose the 20V 2Ah battery (TFBLI20011) for light work or the 20V 4Ah battery (TFBLI2002) for longer runtime, together with the 20V 2A fast charger (TFCLI2001). Also, keep a spare 82mm blade such as the planer blade TAC618201 or planer blade TAC618202. However, please send us your planer model before ordering a blade, so we can confirm the fit.

Cordless or corded planer?

Choose this cordless planer for site work and door fitting. On the other hand, for long bench work in a workshop, the corded 750W electric planer TL7508226 gives continuous power. You can compare every planer and saw in our power tools for wood range.
