SAW WELDING FLUX POWDER GOLDEN BRIDGE JQ.SJ101

JQ·SJ101 is a fluorine-alkali type sintered flux, which has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, effortless slag removal ability, and optimal bead appearance.

Working with proper welding wires (such as JQ·H08MnA, JQ·H10Mn2, JQ·H08MnMoA, JQ·H08Mn2MoA, etc.), the product is applicable for welding base metals with tensile strength of 430MPa, 490MPa, 550MPa and 620MPa, such as Q235, Q345, Q460 and Q500.

Precautions:

1. The welding flux must be baked at 300-350℃ for 2 hours before use.

2. Impurities such as rust, oil stain, and moisture must be removed from the workpiece before welding.
