Introduction：

JQ·SJ301 is a silicon-calcium type sintered flux, which has excellent welding performance with smooth arc, effortless slag removal ability, and optimal bead appearance. The welding flux is acid flux and the slag shell is glass slag, which is especially suitable for girth welding.

Purpose：

Working with proper welding wire (such as JQ·H08A), applicable for welding base metal with a tensile strength of 430MPa, such as Q235 and Q345. It is commonly used in fields such as pipelines and steel structures.

Precautions:

1. The welding flux must be baked at 300-350℃ for 2 hours before use.

2. Impurities such as rust, oil stain, and moisture must be removed from the workpiece before welding.
